Descripción de la clase

This lesson on the Ari's Gate of Reincarnations offers a radical reframe of what makes someone truly elevated, which is the effort we bring to exactly where we are. The Ari reveals that an individual working at even the lowest level of the soul can be more impactful and elevated than someone operating at a higher level who only generates negativity and damage. This insight is a powerful antidote to judgment because we can never truly know the spiritual work of others. Yosef Grundam explains that everyone is called to zoom out from the specifics on what we judge so easily and extend the same mercy we want for our own hidden efforts.

Reflection:
Stop measuring through comparison and start asking ourselves — am I the most elevated version of myself today?

Acerca de este curso

Isaac Luria, who came to be known as The Ari (meaning ‘Lion' in Hebrew) because of his prodigious capacity for spiritual study and understanding, was a 16th century kabbalist who delved deeply into the mystical wonders of the Zohar. Commonly considered the father of contemporary Kabbalah, the Ari produced a historic commentary on the Zohar that removed many of its layers of complexity. His teachings created some of the most important kabbalistic ideas and practices used today, including the concept of tikkun, or correction of the soul. Join us for a consciousness-expanding course as we demystify the seminal writings of the Ari and connect with his righteous soul.
