Tools to Opening the Gates for Divine Inspiration:

• Listening to ourselves
• Being mindful about what we eat as food is the main cause of all disease

• Fasting for 3 days with only drinking water
• Helping a person to choose the Light in their words and actions

• "Everything is as it should be" – this affirmation removes anger
• "It shouldn't be this or that way, what happened is/was wrong" - statements that trigger anger
