There are two types of unification with the Light
Day = the Light is getting revealed completely
Night = concealment of the Light, every single action that we do reaches the critical mass

The evening will be day = it means no concealment of Light
Feeling pure love towards ourselves, others and everything, especially when it's most difficult

Going against gravity means choosing goodness, sharing and kindness
The supporters of the Torah means keeping the spiritual actions regardless any results
Female waters and male waters refer to acts of sharing and positive doing
Female refers to the act of desire to receive and waters mean giving (desire to receive for the sake of sharing)

Eitan emphasizes that in the process towards the final redemption, everyone is called to feeling the love of our soul and the Light in everyone at all times. And explains in practical ways the two types of unification with the Light, day and night, and the two types of waters as mentioned the Zohar.
