Punti salienti della Lezione

  • Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are about release what no longer help us
  • Sukkot is about what we are ready to welcome — including our hardest moments
  • The Sukkah is a shade of imperfect, temporary roofing that represents uncomfortable parts of life
  • Sukkot invites us to trust rather than to resist
  • Sukkot asks us to move beyond complain into genuine gratitude for our individual process
  • Each day of Sukkot connects us to one of the seven biblical chariots: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Aaron, Joseph, David
  • Our unrealized potential continually calls our attention
  • Awakening joy during challenges, pain and discomfort
  • Hoshana Raba seals the year for every person
  • The final day of Sukkot offers one last chance to lock in blessings and release any remaining judgment before entering Simchat Torah

Descrizione della Lezione

If Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are about looking within and removing what no longer serves us, Sukkot is the opposite energy entirely, a holiday where we intentionally step into a temporary, imperfect structure and choose to embrace it. Yosef explains the tools used during this week long event and their energy to receive the new year ahead.
