Sarah guides us in meditation using Number 29 of the 72 Names, Reish-Yud-Yud, Removing Hatred.

The kabbalists teach that hatred is the root cause of the destruction that we see in the world— from wars and disease to even natural disasters. If we perceive hatred in others, it reflects a seed of hatred that we may be carrying within us.

We use this Name to cleanse ourselves of the energy of hatred and remind ourselves that we are all one soul. We also use it to send Light to places in the world where people tend to harbor a lot of hatred in their hearts— injecting compassion, love and mercy into those people, places, and the world.
