Sarah guides us in meditation using Number 24 of the 72 Names, Chet-Hey-Vav, Jealousy.

There is a saying that the consequence of jealousy is feeling jealous. It is not a positive feeling and can rob us of our joy and energy. It can also contribute towards the cumulative negative energy of the world.

With the assistance of the letters of this Name and the Tetragrammaton, we are guided to meditate on removing the root of all jealousy within and around us, so that we may enjoy the blessings of other people, add more positive energy into the world, and draw our own personal joy, love and Light into our life.
