Lesson Description

Kabbalists teach that we enter this world with a soul contract—one with the Creator and another with the people we are most connected to. In this inspiring lesson, Monica guides us to uncover the uncomfortable parts of ourselves that we are truly meant to grow so we can fulfill our soul’s contract and reveal our true essence.

About This Course

One of the major spiritual connections kabbalists make on the Shabbat is the reading of a weekly Bible portion. These consciousness lectures present lessons on each week's portion to elevate our consciousness and create awareness of the spiritual energy and gifts that are available through the reading of a Torah Scroll. With greater awareness and an awakened consciousness, we can connect to the Light revealed each week and use it as support in our ongoing spiritual work. This playlist contains consciousness lectures from the four most recent Shabbats.
