Lesson Description

This week's journey continues the Stories of the Righteous series with two extraordinary brothers from Poland, Rav Zusha of Anipoli and Rav Elimelech of Lizhensk. Their path reminds us that love, loyalty, and true connection to another person can outweigh any fear, any risk, even life itself. Yehuda reminds us that through their stories, we can also awaken the same fire within: to see the Light in everyone we meet, to hold both humility and greatness in balance, and to allow love to guide every promise we keep.

About This Course

The kabbalists say that storytelling, beyond being a powerful way to convey messages and inspire, speaks directly to the soul. The teachings of Kabbalah are filled with allegories, as much of the wisdom that was passed on in story from ancient times. The spiritual meaning in stories of righteous souls assist us in getting the insight and the awakening to expand our consciousness and to integrate within ourselves elevated qualities and behavior.
