Tiferet means complete, which means unifying the right and the left columns
Tirefet’s chariot is Jacob the patriarch, who helps to be honest and truthful
The central column is bringing closer to opposites, and it brings light to the vessel (it turns the vessel into light)
Tiferet puts harmony into everything
It is our responsibility to be fully truthful to ourselves
Awakening a desire for truth, being unattached, being unbiased which is the foundation of the central column
Tiferet relates to the soul, to the Light within ourselves
Doing restriction is allowing the Light to manifest and overcome reactivity
Tiferet is the intuition, aligning ourselves with the decisions of our soul, to fulfil our correction
Restriction is opposite to the reactive nature, which requires pausing and observing

The Sefira Tiferet is the central column of the Tree of Life, and its purpose is unifying the energies of Chesed and Gevurah, as it brings harmony, kindness, mercy, love, desire, boundaries and strength. Eitan explains how to draw the energy of Tiferet into our lives and roles in leadership.
