Curtain = restriction (wanting the blessings, but we pause and send them back)
Desire is direct light
Restriction should be applied to receive any blessings, so we don’t attach ourselves to expectations
The only way to create unification between us and the Light is through pausing and restricting
There are 4 levels of resistance (to remove the ego desire)
Letting go of the urgent need (removing the attention and recognition for something that we did, and that others need to know)
Also, during the time that we don’t get credit for that which we did
The revelation of blessings in our life is determined by our desire to receive and how strong is our resistance
Sharing has to be fully from the heart and in humility
Asking the Light to give us greater strength to overcome instant gratification and greater restriction

The next step on our spiritual journey is a deep dive into the most profound teachings of two of history’s most illustrious and elevated kabbalists, Rav Isaac Luria (the Ari) and Rav Ashlag. Having earned wide acclaim for his prodigious capacity for spiritual study and understanding, the Ari wrote a historic commentary on the Zohar that explained some of the most important kabbalistic ideas and practices used today, including the concept of tikkune, or correction of the soul. Rav Ashlag founded The Kabbalah Centre and dedicated his entire life to bringing the wisdom of Kabbalah to anyone willing to learn. His wisdom and teachings paved the way for modern kabbalistic thought and practice.
