ביום כיפור, ניתנת לנו ההזדמנות לתקן את מעשינו ולהעלות את עצמנו אל מעבר לעולם של האשליה. כל אנרגיה שלילית שיצרנו באמצעות מעשינו— בשנה זו, בגלגול זה, בתקופות חיים קודמים – יכולה להתנקות כאשר אנו מתחברים לאורה של בינה. האנרגיה של בינה היא כל כך עוצמתית שהיא לא רק מסלקת את השליליות של העבר שלנו בעולם הרוחני, היא גם עוטפת אותנו בשמחה ובברכות לשנה הקרובה. יום כיפור הוא יום של גאולה, חלון קוסמי המאפשר לנו לכפר על פעולות אנוכיות שעשינו בעבר ברמת הזרע. זהו יום מנותק לחלוטין מהעולם הפיזי הזה, לא כפוף למי שאנחנו היום, אלא למי שנהיה בסוף התיקון.
