By exploring hidden dynamics from childhood, family history, and even ancestral lineage, we often discover that what you are carrying did not begin with you. Simply “putting the pieces together” can bring profound relief to the soul. From this awareness, positive change can unfold naturally, empowering you with clarity, peace of mind, and the ability to make more aligned choices as you move forward in life.

The first 3–5 sessions focus on learning, understanding the process, and building the foundation for this work. The remaining 3–5 sessions (depending on add-on sign-ups) are dedicated to working directly with participants on their tikun, while the group witnesses, participates, and learns together.
We are all interconnected — and each person’s story inevitably touches a part of our own. This collective way of learning and transforming creates a powerful shared experience, offering depth, insight, and lasting impact.
