Lesson Highlights

  • Phase 1: Detox and Cleansing
    • Tracking our progress with wearable technology or smart beds
    • Noticing signs that we are bettering this stage of sleep
    • Experiencing deeper sleep and more vivid dreams
    • Using sound cleansing
    • Sleeping in the fetal position: Sleeping on the left side before midnight and the right side after midnight
  • Phase 2: General Treatment
    • Positioning our head in the furthest place from the door
    • Changing our mattress approximately every ten years
    • Placing a mezuzah on the door frame of our bedroom
  • Phase 3: Fine Tuning
    • Using earthing sheets or earthing bedding
    • Connecting with angels that support and connect us to the energy of sleep and dreams
    • Placing special angel sequences in the four corners of the bedroom and/or on top of the door frame for additional protection
  • Phase 4: Extra Insight
    • Allowing for a 6-8 hour "flight" during sleep with an additional 30-60 minutes of preparation before going to bed
    • Ideal sleep: 5 cycles of 90 minues each of deep sleep
