Lesson Description

Kabbalah teaches that the constant ability to recognize the challenges within our attitude is the first step to truly growing spiritually. This lesson explains the five roots of the ego and the traces each hold in our behavior. Eitan clarifies that instead of fixing the reactivity, it is important to pause, feel it, and respond to situations from a positive state of mind.
