Lesson Highlights

  • Pause and ask: do I want to be right, or do I want to grow?
  • Look under the Iceberg: ignore the surface-level
  • We can not control other people's mood
  • We can fully own our energy and response to situations
  • Stop the blame: remember that transformation begins the moment blame ends
  • Conflict is growth
  • Arguments are not a sign of broken relationships
  • Arguments are spiritual accelerators that reveal where both partners need to evolve
  • The ego wants drama and to be right
  • The soul seeks honesty, connection and expansion
  • Identifying our pattern in words and behavior
  • Not changing or elevating our consciousness, causes to repeat the same lessons over again with a new partner
  • Seeing other's potential helps them manifest it
  • Constant criticism reinforces their flaws
  • Identify your conflict style = fighter, avoider, fixer, or freezer
  • Communicate instead of blaming
  • Focus on what you want the other person to understand
  • Transformation begins the moment blame ends

Lesson Description

Conflict is redefined not as a sign of failure, but as a spiritual accelerator for growth. Kabbalists teach that friction is inevitable when two people evolve together in a relationship, the goal is to outgrow the individual ego, the aspect that wants to be right. By taking complete responsibility for our own reactions and looking past harsh words, we can underline our partner's needs, then we can shift the dynamic from stagnant blame to conscious repair.
