Lesson Description

Join Mordechay as he introduces and awakens us to The Art of Spiritual Sleep, an experiential program designed to help us sleep better, improve our dream quality, and send and receive messages. We learn how we can charge the battery of our soul throughout the four segments of the day, so that we may achieve a higher level of vibrational being, making both our sleep and awake time more productive.
