Yehuda Dan explains that Mikveh or water immersion is the greatest and most elevated approach that kabbalists have used for millennia, which helps us remove darkness, blockages and negativity from our lives. In addition, Yehuda shares the steps and meditation when getting in the water while tapping into a desire of balance and oneness with the Light.
