ROOTS Instructor
Originally from London, Rachel grew up studying Kabbalah at the Centre and has been immersed in its wisdom from an early age. For her, Kabbalah provides practical tools that guide her through everyday life, helping her navigate challenges and make more conscious choices—guidance she is deeply committed to passing on to future generations. She studied Sociology and Psychology at Middlesex University London, bringing an understanding of human connection to her work with young people.
Rachel began volunteering with the Roots youth program in London in 2021 and became a teacher at the New York Centre in 2026. She brings a fun and creative approach to sharing the wisdom, loving the opportunity to help children see how it can positively impact their lives in the same way it has impacted hers. She is passionate about helping children and young adults who may feel lost find direction, connection, and a sense of purpose.
Rachel currently lives in New York City, where she works as a Roots Programming and Engagement Strategist and Roots teacher at the New York Centre.
