Lesson Highlights

  • The Amidah is a prayer of silent connection (no words should be spoken when others pray in front of us)
  • Praying for others, including others who need prayer and don’t have anyone to pray for them
  • Our prayers need to be translated into action, putting our heart and soul into what we do daily
  • Sharing our Light and blessings with the world
  • Building our own personal prayer
  • Our power is in our mouth
  • The Ana Beko’ach is seven lines that help us to purify our words
  • Asking the Light to speak through us
  • The meditation called Tikkune HaNefesh allows the Light to rest in our body
  • Meditating and visualizing ourselves being the tabernacle of the Light
  • Right after prayer, seek how to help others

Lesson Description

In this final lesson, Yehuda delves into the tools and meditations that help us connect with the most positive aspects of our speech. We also explore the daily prayer that Karen Berg recited everyday.
