Lesson Description

Kabbalah teaches that the Light is our root, the connection to our heart and soul. The Light is constantly nurturing us from the supernal root, that applies to every living being. But since the destruction of the second temple, the pipe between the physical and metaphysical worlds had been muted. In this lesson, Eitan shares that challenges happen to disconnect us from our root, but our job is to seek the Light within that constantly sustains us.
