Lesson Highlights

  • Feeling the greatness of our soul vs expecting others to welcome us
  • Valuing our strength and our life
  • Loving the Light of the Creator through the inner acceptance of ourselves
  • Our true essence is here with us
  • There are two types of unification with the Light
    • Day = the Light is getting revealed completely
    • Night = concealment of the Light, every single action that we do reaches the critical mass
  • Challenges are great opportunities to learn about ourselves
  • Imagining that every time we pray and study the Zohar, great amount of Light is revealed in the entire creation
  • The evening will be day = it means no concealment of Light
  • Feeling pure love towards ourselves, others and everything, especially when it's most difficult
  • The unification of the groom and the bride at night (ourselves and the Light during darkness)
  • Persevering in our spiritual work, especially during pain and chaos
  • Going against gravity means choosing goodness, sharing and kindness
  • The supporters of the Torah means keeping the spiritual actions regardless any results
  • Female waters and male waters refer to acts of sharing and positive doing
  • Female refers to the act of desire to receive and waters mean giving (desire to receive for the sake of sharing)
  • At the End of the Correction we experience the crowns of the bride = heartfelt actions
  • We are constantly co-creating the revelation of Light in our world
  • Our job is opening the hearts to appreciating the Light in everything
  • Positive actions bring blessings into our Planet
  • There is no need to see the dots we plant through our actions

Workshop:

  1. Reflecting before, during and after doing spiritual actions
  2. Pausing and connecting to our inner peace, then appreciating the Light that is revealed to us
  3. Feeling the greatness of our soul without expectations

Lesson Description

Kabbalists teach that loving and appreciating the Light of the Creator goes along with caring and valuing ourselves. Eitan emphasizes that in the process towards the final redemption, everyone is called to feeling the love of our soul and the Light in everyone at all times. And explains in practical ways the two types of unification with the Light, day and night, and the two types of waters as mentioned the Zohar.
