  2. With desire we invite the Light in ourselves

Lesson Description

King David reminds us to always envision the Light of the Creator in front of us, in kabbalistic terms it is the Tetragrammaton, the metaphysical channel that brings all the miracles into our physical reality. Eitan explains that through breath we can envision this powerful energy healing and igniting the Light into our being without ego or expectations.
