Tikkune translates from Hebrew as "correction" or "repair", and is the baggage that we carry in life. In this lesson, Monica reminds us that all the triggers that push our buttons point to where our tikkune process is. By understanding this process, we can uncover our soul's true potential.
Rethink Love, authored by self-professed change junkie Monica Berg, challenges us to elevate the quality of our relationships and rethink the very definition of love. This book will take you on a journey of self-discovery drawing from the universal principles of Kabbalah, current scientific and psychological research, Monica’s life experiences, and her decades of counseling people. Join Monica for a transformative course that will reframe your views on love and provide tools for making changes where needed. We’ll keep a love journal, get answers to our most pressing questions, and engage with other students as we go deeper into our views on love.
