Welcome to Day 8 of the 30 Days of Virgo!
If you want to create change in your life, start small. Focus on one habit at a time and set achievable goals. For example, if you want to wake up earlier, set your alarm just ten minutes earlier each day. Everything you do repeatedly creates new neural pathways in your brain. Make it easy for yourself by removing obstacles that make it hard to stick to your habit. A habit is formed in 40 days, so repetition is key.
As the kabbalistic New Year approaches, the month of Virgo offers us an opportunity to reflect on where we are along the path to meeting our life’s purpose.
