Lesson Highlights

  • The Counting of the Omer is a process of 49 days from Pesach
  • Reshimot is a residue of the Light that pushes us to our next level
  • Through concealment of the Light we can reach the greatest consciousness
  • Abraham represents the day, Right Column energy and the connection to the unlimited Light
  • Isaac represents the Desire to Receive
  • Finding the Light in the most difficult and challenging moments
  • Having full certainty that every time we experience darkness, the Light is giving us the ladder to move forward
  • The Reshimot is the ladder that it is hiding to take us to our next level
  • Every time we experience darkness, our body (logic) feels limitation
  • Being courageous to connect to the Endless Light to get the strength to move forward
  • Accepting and appreciating the ladder to evolve
  • Darkness, pain and challenges are the ladder
  • Chaos lacks order, consciousness or intention
  • Imagining the ladder in front of us whenever we feel darkness
  • There is no need to understand the big picture; our job is to trust our process
  • Being in darkness while feeling gratitude and acceptance
  • Not trusting self-doubt
  • Asking the Light to help us remove all limiting beliefs
  • We have to seek the Light in the most painful times
  • The Light is constantly telling us, don’t belief the limitations

Recommended Prayers:

  • Shacharit = morning connecting to Abraham
  • Mincha = Afternoon connecting to Isaac
  • Arvit = Evening connecting to Jacob

Lesson Description

Kabbalists share that in every area of our life we all experience the opposite of our true potential which is a period of darkness. Eitan emphasizes that in going to our next level of expansion and elevation, we all experience negativity.
