TKC Tikkune Healing: Your Inner Child
Interactive Webinar (Zoom)
Kabbalah teaches that our main purpose in life is to master our tikkune, or our process of correction, and thereby overcome our negativity. The first step in the process is identifying our tikkune so that we can begin to fulfill our purpose.
Discover how your inner child manifests and learn to connect with it for profound healing. This workshop explores emotional imbalances, boundary issues, relationship dynamics, physical symptoms, and more. Through Kabbalistic tools, somatic practices, and meditation, you'll reconnect with your inner child and foster healing. When we take this inward journey to address our inner child we can experience a more regulated nervous system, get to know ourselves better and become more aligned with our true essence, leading to more fulfillment in our relationships and our lives as a whole.
Agenda
The child you once were doesn't simply disappear when you grow up.
Our early experiences can leave emotional imprints that continue to show up in adult life - in our triggers, relationships, boundaries, fears, self-worth and the ways we learn to protect ourselves.
Inner child healing invites us to reconnect with those younger parts of ourselves, understand what they learned and needed, and recognise where old emotional patterns may still be influencing the choices we make today.
But Kabbalah takes this work one step deeper.
It teaches that your soul didn't arrive in your particular family, environment and circumstances by accident. They form part of your Tikkun - the specific lessons and patterns your soul came into this lifetime to transform.
In this special Tikkun Healing session, Mali Mizrahi will guide you to explore your inner child through this deeper spiritual lens - uncovering early emotional imprints, recognising how they may still be playing out in your life, and beginning to transform your relationship with the past.
Together, we'll explore:
How your inner child can show up in adult emotions, relationships and reactions
The early experiences and beliefs that may still be shaping you today
Recognising old protection patterns, triggers and unmet emotional needs
Understanding childhood experiences through the Kabbalistic lens of Tikkun
Reconnecting with your inner child with greater compassion, awareness and choice
Healing the inner child isn't about changing the past. It's about changing the relationship you have with what you still carry from it.
