Spiritual Shields: Kabbalistic Tools for Protection

Kabbalists teach about specific practices for safeguarding ourselves, and the different forms of protection that come from the force of the Creator. Yet, what must we shield ourselves from? And what does it mean to be protected? The universe is constructed by both positive and negative energy. Therefore, the energy we attract fluctuates depending on our daily consciousness, choices, and the people we spend time with. In this dynamic course, learn how to invite positive and protective energy into your life—on both a personal and environmental level. Students will gain practical resources and insight into ancient kabbalistic tools that can dramatically alter the energy in their lives, including, the red string, the 72 names of God, the Zohar, mezuzah, sage, mikveh, and water.
