Shabbat Pinchas

Kabbalists teach that Shabbat is the most powerful day of the week, a time when the physical and spiritual worlds come together. Each Shabbat gives us the opportunity to transform our reality by using specific prayers and foods to connect with the cosmic energy available. On Shabbat, we can rise to a higher plane of consciousness and recharge our batteries for the coming week. Pinchas was a revered priest and healer who is said to have been responsible for ending a plague that claimed the lives of 24,000 people. He connected directly to the healing energy of the universe and created a channel for us to do so as well. On this Shabbat, we receive the opportunity to access the energy of Pinchas and send the healing Light that the world so needs.
This Shabbat, we are given the opportunity to tap into the energy of Pinchas and send much-needed healing Light out into the world.
