ROOTS: Thanksgiving Family Volunteer Day

In-Person

Join us for a meaningful two-hour family event (10:30 AM–12:30 PM) as we come together to give back this holiday season! Families with children of all ages are welcome to join the fun.

Agenda

We’ll start by working side by side to assemble care packages for those in need. After we finish assembling the care packages, we’ll split into two groups for the rest of the event:

• Teens (ages 12+) will head out together for a fun social activity and a stop at Starbucks! Please have your teen bring $10 for a drink or treat.
• Children (ages 11 and under) and their accompanying adults will stay to create a festive and meaningful art project together.

It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday–combining service, community, and family time!

Please RSVP by Wednesday, November 18 so we can get a headcount and prepare enough supplies for everyone.

The ROOTS Program mission is to instill spiritual wisdom, values, and tools that will help young people grow into conscious, loving, independent, resourceful, and sharing global citizens.
