Kabbalah teaches that plants grow upward because they have an inner consciousness that is connected to the Tree of Life. Constantly emphasizing the desire to share, the plant kingdom’s energy helps us resist the downward pull of the ego. Tu B'Shevat provides spiritual sustenance for the upcoming year. Join us for an energizing class as we explore the energetic benefits of the New Year of Trees.
