As we pass the Full Moon, we are heading right into a special time of the year. The next three weeks are sometimes called “in between the narrows,” which refers to a time when we might experience limitations and intensity to teach us how to live with more human dignity and respect. It’s not a time to initiate any type of conflict—whether it’s within yourself, with others, or amongst nations. In these weeks, the consequences of our actions are amplified. What is good will be amazing. What is negative will go in that direction, too.
As we start the week, Saturn, the planet of karma, will go retrograde. When a planet is stationed, it is shining brightly in the sky, shedding light on unclear situations. But this can create some stagnant energy—so go dancing, have fun, move your body, and try to feel out what other people are going through. Saturn starts its retrograde motion in one degree of Aries, and then it will go back to Pisces to remind us to collect all the sparks of Light we forgot to collect while Saturn was in Pisces. Saturn will retrograde until November 28th, and in February of 2026, it will move completely to Aries for the following two and a half years.
Mercury, the planet of communication, is in Leo on its way to 15 degrees, which is the central energy of Leo. The journey here is meant to foster communication with and sensitivity to the people who are listening to you speak. Fire signs are all about “me.” Therefore, the journey of fire signs is to understand that there are people around us who have their own points of view, and that we’re all connected to each other. In the eyes of the Creator, we are all equal. It is a good time to open the heart and use unconditional love. Make sure to massage the heart and breathe into it. Imagine your heart is like the most beautiful flower in the world, especially if you have planets in Leo or planets that are aspected to Leo in your chart.
Mars, the planet of war, is in Virgo, and it’s going to conjunct the South Node. Our stomachs and digestive tracts are very sensitive at this time. So, make sure that you’re eating clean, chewing your food well, and not watching bad news while you eat. This position can also be judgmental and prompt us to focus on the details and not on the goal. Remember to keep the big picture in mind. Use the 72 Names of God Number 37 to assist in this process of our lives. Here, it is also important to know that we are all souls on a unique journey. Each one of us will arrive at the destination, but from a slightly different path and speed.
It’s also a time to see the perfection in the imperfection. Know that your process is perfect and exactly what you need in this lifetime. Yet there is always room to grow, to put in the effort to transform our awareness. This week is about awakening the healer within ourselves. We can develop this ability by being calm and accepting the process, while not compromising on anything less than true alignment with our actions and desires of the soul.
