• Ha'alat Mayim Nukvin: elevating female waters. Spiritual work is to bring Malchut back down which 1. brings Light back to Binah 2. Brings a more corrected Malchut back down.
• The darkness of Binah and mixing with Malchut is Tzimtzum Bet
• The sacrifice of Binah
• Taking on pain to help others
