Born and raised in New York, Kate discovered Kabbalah while pursuing her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Religious Studies at New York University. It was there that she embarked on a spiritual search, trying to uncover truths about our world, searching for ways to connect to the Creator that felt authentic. When she began exploring Kabbalah, the wisdom immediately resonated as truth. Kate credits it with not only changing her life, but saving it, and is constantly surprised by the ways kabbalistic tools continue to help her heal, grow, and tap into deeper levels of fulfillment.
Kate currently teaches kabbalah to youth and helps manage the Roots (Youth) Program globally for The Kabbalah Centre International. She is passionate about helping young people learn to navigate the world knowing their own soul - tapping into more self-love and building resilience to handle any challenge. Kate strives to make spirituality and spiritual “work” feel joyful and personal to every student.
After the life-altering birth of her first child, Kate got trained and now also works part-time as a certified birth doula CD(DONA); in addition to birth support, providing parenting coaching to her clients and their partners. She has supported numerous families through the stages of conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting - believing wholeheartedly the greatest act of service one can do for a child, is empowering the consciousness of their parents.
Kate currently lives in Miami with her husband and two beautiful children who she credits as her greatest teachers.
