Tools to Opening the Gates for Divine Inspiration:

• Constantly connecting to the energies of happiness and gratitude
• Doing any spiritual action with excitement
• Being fully aware of anger, irritation, feeling disturbed or annoyed
• Studying Torah with the intention of our collective perfection
• Being simple and humble
• Avoiding anger, judgment, arrogance, pride, and evil tongue - even if it there is a "good reason"
• Mikve reboots the entire being into healing
• Connecting to the energy of Shabbat, and listening to the Torah reading in silence
• Connecting to the energy of food
• Listening to ourselves
• Being mindful about what we eat 
• Not eating to be completely filled or satisfied
• Doing the blessings before and after eating
• Eating with great restriction builds a healthy physical habit
• Fasting for 3 days 
• Helping a person to choose the Light in their words and actions
• "Everything is as it should be" – this affirmation removes anger
• "It shouldn't be this or that way, what happened is/was wrong" - statements that trigger anger
