The energy of Chesed is doing the right thing, choosing from the heart in peace and without expectations. In this lesson, Eitan shares practical examples that bring and strengthen the attributes of Chesed in our being and reality. Here we are reminded to add healthy boundaries as well as embracing confrontation while keeping the unity in our hearts and consciousness.
