  4. "As a result this recognition, I am excited that it’s coming out and I’m ok that the ego (not me) is mourning." 
  5. Begging the Light to not let us rebury it – not judging ourselves, being compassionate in our process of transforming darkness - it doesn’t matter if it hurts, that’s when it is most powerful to release
