Kabbalists teach that the expansion of consciousness is founded on peaceful confrontation and the openess to truly listening to others, especially when opinions and perceptions are different from ours. Kabbalah focuses on the unity and team work that grows through differences while giving freedom to express each individual's desires, gifts and talents. Eitan emphasizes that our responsibility and purpose is to refrain from nullifying and criticizing the opinion of others, which is the cause of separation in the world.
