The child you once were doesn't simply disappear when you grow up.

Our early experiences can leave emotional imprints that continue to show up in adult life - in our triggers, relationships, boundaries, fears, self-worth and the ways we learn to protect ourselves.

Inner child healing invites us to reconnect with those younger parts of ourselves, understand what they learned and needed, and recognise where old emotional patterns may still be influencing the choices we make today.

But Kabbalah takes this work one step deeper.

It teaches that your soul didn't arrive in your particular family, environment and circumstances by accident. They form part of your Tikkun - the specific lessons and patterns your soul came into this lifetime to transform.

In this special Tikkun Healing session, Mali Mizrahi will guide you to explore your inner child through this deeper spiritual lens - uncovering early emotional imprints, recognising how they may still be playing out in your life, and beginning to transform your relationship with the past.
