This experience invites children (ages 5–10) and their parents into meaningful moments of connection through short, engaging sessions that fit naturally into everyday life. Each session pairs a simple yet powerful spiritual idea with a hands-on art activity, transforming learning into a creative experience—one that children don’t just hear about, but truly engage with. Designed to be both playful and purposeful, the experience blends imagination with intention. Whether participating together or allowing children to explore independently, each session creates space for connection, conversation, and creativity—turning ordinary moments into something more thoughtful and inspired. Featuring a range of universal themes drawn from the teachings of Kabbalah, the program also includes sessions aligned with meaningful moments in time, such as holidays and new moons. Each experience is crafted to spark curiosity, invite reflection, and bring spirituality to life in a way children can genuinely connect with.

Ajude seu filho a descobrir o poder do amor-próprio, da gentileza e da força interior! Nesta oficina dinâmica e prática (para crianças de 5 a 10 anos), os participantes explorarão o significado de reconhecer a luz dentro de si mesmos e aprenderão a falar consigo mesmos com o mesmo amor e a mesma delicadeza que dedicam aos outros. Por meio da leitura interativa de um livro ilustrado (*Eu Sou Amor* / *Yo Soy Amor*), reflexões em grupo, atividades de arte criativa e jogos animados com afirmações positivas, as crianças aprenderão ferramentas práticas para lidar com emoções difíceis, praticar a autocompaixão e celebrar o seu valor único.
