As we bathe in the amazing energy of Sukkot, Venus enters the sign of Virgo. We've just been through a period of Venus in the sign of Leo. This change is interesting because Venus is now in the sign of her fall. Venus opposes Saturn, as well, so there's a lot to talk about. Though it’s a difficult transition, it's also a good thing and one we are looking forward to. I have to say, this is a bit of a rough transition with Venus leaving Leo and entering Virgo. It's a little tumultuous. There are always lessons to be learned and a lot of positive takeaways.
Venus in Virgo opposing Saturn represents tension. Why is it so difficult? Well, Venus has a harder time in Virgo because Venus's natural state is more sensual and imaginative. While Virgo is rational, earthy, meticulous, and practical, Venus is more artistic and flowy and can find herself contending with some of the mercurial tendencies of Virgo. It just means that those tensions are present and can be a little challenging for us.
Not only that, but Venus is now in opposition with Saturn. This is the week to shift consciousness and be extra careful. There is potential for challenging events. Virgo is where we must create value and contribute. It involves modesty and hard work. It involves humility and kindness.
This week's energy embodies miracles and timeless wisdom that remind us that as long as hope is present, magic can emerge from the most ordinary circumstances at any moment. Stay flexible and adjust to circumstances as they arise. Virgo is an expert in bringing magic into our everyday life. When we open ourselves to higher possibilities, miracles happen. When we stop resisting, things just fall into place.
