Born in New York City, David grew up surrounded by the teachings of Kabbalah, as both of his parents were long-time students who became teachers at The Kabbalah Centre. Though the wisdom was always part of his life, it became truly personal during his teenage years, when he began searching for deeper meaning and purpose—and what his own unique journey was meant to reveal. Through Kabbalah, he discovered that he could take charge of his perceptions, create meaningful change in any moment, and connect to the constant flow of the Creator’s Light.

Before joining The Kabbalah Centre, David worked in the tech field as a Software Operations Engineer. He has lived in six countries and speaks English, Spanish, Hebrew, and Portuguese, allowing him to connect with students from diverse cultures and backgrounds. David has taught Kabbalah in multiple locations, including São Paulo, Paraguay, Mexico, and Miami. Today, he serves as the Volunteer Coordinator at the São Paulo Centre and teaches Kabbalistic principles to young people all over the world through the Centre’s Roots program. His teaching style is approachable and empowering, seeing himself as a facilitator who encourages students to uncover the answers already within them. His vision for the world is one where every individual takes leadership over their life, recognizing their unique spark of Light and using it to create positive influence around them.

David currently lives in São Paulo. Outside of teaching, he loves karaoke and meaningful conversations that spark laughter and connection.
