Dear friends,
As the numbers of those affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to rise, we know as students of Kabbalah that right now is a time for each of us to take upon ourselves the spiritual work of strengthening our connection to the Light of the Creator. We also know there are a number of physical precautions we can take to prevent the spread of the virus, one of which is limiting the physical contact we have with others. One of the many beautiful things about The Kabbalah Centre is that we are always able to gather in unity for study and connection, if not in person, then online. For those who wish to study or connect from home, here are a few options for how to do so:
1. Join our weekly classes via live stream. While it is true that Kabbalah can greatly improve our lives and our relationships with others, the kabbalists reveal that there is a deeper purpose to our study. By engaging in the act of studying these spiritual words, concepts, and understandings, we reveal the Light that can bring about an end to pain, suffering and death in the world.
To enhance our ability to study this wisdom, we have several classes from Kabbalah Centres all over the world now streaming live on Kabbalah.com, including the weekly Zohar Connection, Prosperity Principles, and Spiritual Sunday, as well as courses that encourage us to dive deeper into the wisdom including Ten Luminous Emanations and The Writings of Rav Ashlag.

2. Connect to Shabbat via live stream. One of the most powerful ways to strengthen our connection with the Creator is by participating in the Light that is available to each of us during Shabbat. As the kabbalists teach, Shabbat is not a religiously mandated occurrence, but a window of opportunity in which all of humanity can connect to our perfected selves. By committing even five minutes to this connection, we can reveal more Light for ourselves, for our communities, and for the world.

3. Participate in the global Daily Zohar Reading. There is strength in numbers. Joining together to make a connection to the Zohar is another powerful way we can create a global shift in consciousness. We encourage each of you to share your Light by joining our Daily Zohar Reading as we continue to dedicate our focus and energy to bringing an end to pain, suffering, and death throughout the world.

Our inherent power to activate unity exists not in our physically being together, but with our consciousness. Know as you are making these connections and performing these spiritual actions that you are not doing so alone, but with thousands of students from all over the world.
