Hi everyone! This week brings us more spiritual work. And that’s the least we can say! Surprisingly, the cosmos is more fiery than ever, featuring four planets in Leo (Déjà vu anyone? I thought we were in lunar Virgo!) and an Aries rising with a prominent Uranus. This week is all but calm and Zen! We are right in the eye of the cyclone! In short, the cosmos is really trying to push us forward!
As we know, Mercury is still in retrograde motion until September 5th. But now it is also making a 150-degree angle with Uranus, our cosmic troublemaker. This has a lot of ramifications, globally and personally. Globally, Uranus rules natural disasters, transportation accidents, and general instability. With Mercury involved, there is also a connection to the press, to words spoken too impulsively. Basically, the cosmos is highly stormy right now. On a personal level, we must measure our words, or decide to keep silent, which is an even better option these days.
In addition, the moon is now in slow Capricorn, conjunct in a wider orb with Pluto, and the MC of the chart. Talk about heaviness! We need to use caution and calculation for all our endeavors—all facts need to be triple checked! Of course, when it rains it pours. Neptune is opposed to the sun. Therefore, we are adding illusions, lack of clarity, and a foggy energy all around to the lot.
So, where is the silver lining in all this?
Actually, there is enough fire in this chart to generate huge changes! Uranus is practically on the chart’s ascendant. So, get ready for very unusual events and sudden self-discoveries. Uranus is also considered the researcher of the galaxy. With the stubbornness of Capricorn energy, we have no choice but to make these changes. We are talking about internal changes, as well as thoughtful and calculated external ones.
Remember, we are in the heart of lunar Virgo, or Elul, the month of teshuvah (to return.) Or, as our teacher Rav Berg, would call it, “back-to-the-future energy.”
Generally speaking, this time requires thoroughness, accuracy, and holding our tongues before making any comments. Right now the universe feels really scary; the whole universal machine is unstable, though still in motion to help us move to our next level. Staying the same will be extremely uncomfortable! With personal effort, real blessings will soon emerge in all domains of life.
All in all, our real focus right now is internal balance and, of course, transformation and upgrade. A great preparation for the new cosmic year!
We should meditate on the 72 Name Aleph Vav Mem to open bridges with others, and help the global world situation. We should keep all the world places that are under the harsh influence of Uranus in our prayers.
