Hi everyone! Let’s find out what our new mission is for this week before D-Day—our upcoming cosmic New Year!
First of all, some positive news: the cosmos is waaay more balanced this week than it has been for a long time. Or so it seems… All four elements (fire, earth, air, and water) are quite even. Four aspects and planets are in Libra, especially our star of this year, Jupiter. There is also a strong earth energy present, so we won’t feel we are being bounced in all directions! It hasn’t been that way in a while.
So far, so good.
When taking a closer look, we may start having second thoughts about the apparent universal calmness… Going on a holiday to the Bahamas? On a cruise to Scandinavia? On to a retreat in Arizona? Maybe not right now.
At the start of this week, the moon is in Aries, in the 12th house. It is in a state of concealment, reviewing our subconscious. And… two t-squares appear—the first engaging Uranus, Venus, and Pluto, and the other involving the North Node, Neptune, and Saturn.
Ok, two t-squares? Some internal spiritual work has to be accomplished.
Oftentimes, our life resembles a storm. Things happen and events are thrown at us from the universe all the time. The biggest challenge we always face during times like these is maintaining certainty and peace. Why certainty? Because when all is not going our way, we start doubting there actually IS a meaning to everything, that order exists in the universe, and that things are not happening TO us, but FOR us.
One of the deepest moments in our spiritual work as we prepare our vessels for Rosh Hashanah, is right here and right now. Why? The 1st t-square is about the reliability of our friendships, and our loyalty to our beliefs, to our work (6th house), and to our friends, especially when Uranus, the rebel, confuses everything.
The 2nd t-square is about recognizing our tikkune, or our correction, and realizing it is about us, about taking responsibility in the face of difficulties when Neptune blurs all the lines and makes us feel like victims. I think we can liken this moment in time to an oncoming hurricane. Our friends in Florida know it all too well: it seems nature becomes still and suspended. The animals and birds stop chattering—all is silent for a while in preparation for what is coming.
This is a week of deep reflection. This is a moment to re-center ourselves and start reviewing events from the past year. Things happened, which at the time, we didn’t really understand the true meaning of. Mercury in retrograde motion will facilitate going back in time. This is also the right moment to look for ORDER. This time zone always appears during the month of Virgo, because it’s when the “virgin,” the absolute purity, the absolute truth, is ready to be revealed.
The easiest way to accomplish our mission is to switch places, to look at our lives over the past year like a movie that’s playing in front of our eyes, while at the same time, remaining emotionally detached from our emotions and the end results.
Our homework this week is to set aside time every day, just for a few moments, to stop, close our eyes, focus, and meditate on our past movie. Reexamine it by episodes, calmly and openly.
Our biggest lesson is that even in what appears to be chaos there is an order. Let’s meditate on the 72 Name: #26, Order from Chaos during this whole period of time.
We know one thing for sure, the strength and inspiration that the universe offers us this week is invaluable! Let’s just keep our hearts and souls open for the true inspiration and understanding from above.
