Loving others is how we access true reality and affect every atom of the universe. Whether you feel called to give or receive, this healing circle intends to expand our ability to bring more Light into the world. Using a guided meditation students are encouraged to tap into their intuition and access their personal well of Light in order to share it with others. Based on the Zohar, students are invited to either receive energy from the group or to be part of the group that sends positive energy to another participant.

Step into a sacred 60-minute holotropic breathwork experience designed to awaken the heart of humanity and elevate your consciousness. Through the power of breath, sound, and guided kabbalistic meditation, you’ll journey through eight transformational gates, releasing fear, dissolving separation, and remembering your infinite connection to the Light within and around you.

The power of this workshop lies in raising awareness of unity, from the depths of our inner world to the way we act, connect, and create change in our daily lives.

• Yoga mat – if you prefer to lie down for comfort
