“Feeding the body is how we survive, and feeding our souls allows us to thrive. Whether it is meditation, prayer, or a simple walk outdoors, we can always find at least a moment within the hectic nature of each day to care for our inner Light. Sometimes there’s nothing more powerful than hitting the pause button just long enough to quiet our minds, open our hearts, and give thanks for all with which we have been blessed. Then, we can dive back into our routine refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to rise to our most compassionate, kindhearted, and spirited selves.”

As Saturn just entered Aries again, this week we experience the powerful conjunction between Neptune and Saturn as they begin their journey in the sign. Saturn and Neptune go conjunct every 36 years, and they conjunct in Aries every 300 years! This is how meaningful and powerful this conjunction is.
There is a lot to say about the new cycle of both planets in the sign of Aries. As the first sign of the Zodiac, it represents a new cycle in our lives and for the entirety of humanity. But I would like to focus this week on one idea that can help us set the right tone for this new beginning. Neptune, the spiritual planet, and Saturn, the more practical and earthly planet, help us by combining those two realities together in our lives.
It’s time to break all the illusions and thus, the space between the physical and metaphysical. It’s a time to feed our souls and seek greater alignment with our soul’s voice and desire. This week, proactively seek areas in your life where you know deep inside that you are lying to yourself. Ask yourself: Where am I allowing myself to get lazy or pretend that I am happy or satisfied? Am I actually avoiding my inner truth and the true voice of my soul? Am I avoiding the truth in certain relationships in my life? Am I afraid to open up and share what I really feel?
It's time to look at things with honest eyes, recognize the reality of the situation, and do something about it. This is how we stay true to ourselves while communicating and engaging with others in a more authentic way. It is all about exposing illusions and being brave enough to reveal the truth—even if you risk losing something you’ve been trying to hold on to for too long.
It's time to recognize what gives us a false sense of security, and dare to detach, speak up, and disengage from elements in your life that don’t serve the true desire of your soul.
